HOTEL / REGISTRATION DEADLINES
Please be sure to book your hotel room no later than Sept. 24th. Our conference rate is available until sell out OR Sept. 24th.

ATTENDEE NAMES / VEHICLE SIZES

If you weren't able to provide the name(s) of your attendees or vehicle sizes during the registration process, please email the information directly to Amy Keys.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
If you would like to contribute items to registrant conference bags, please send your items (qty. 600) directly to: Votran, Attn: Billie Jo Sikes, 950 Big Tree Rd, S. Daytona, FL 32119.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The EXPO portion of the conference will be held in the Ocean Center across the street from our headquarter hotel, Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront. Booths AND vehicle displays will be indoors in one location.

FPTA COSTUME PARTY IN THE EXPO HALL
This year's annual costume party will be themed 'Through the Decades.' Pick your favorite decade to celebrate the occasion. All attendees are encouraged to dress to impress for the chance to win prizes. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to decorate their booth with the best overall winning a free exhibit at next year's conference.

ALCOHOL/SNACKS AT YOUR EXHIBIT
The Ocean Center does not permit serving your own alcohol/food (other than things like candy bowls). If you are interested in offering any type of alcohol-related bar at your exhibit, this must be arranged directly with the Ocean Center's Catering department:

DECORATOR SERVICES - GEMS
FPTA has selected Gilbert Exposition Management Services (GEMS) for our decorator. FPTA will provide GEMS with a list of exhibitors. GEMS will then email you directly.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
Exhibitors do not get to select their own booth assignment. FPTA will assign booths in the order of a completed registration with payment received. Priority will be given to sponsors for assignments first. You will not receive a booth assignment until your payment has been received. Assignments will be issued in early October.

IMPORTANT!
Look for an email from (GEMS <orders@gemsevents.com> via gemsevent.onmicrosoft.com) with the subject line: '
A login has been created for you at GEMS'. Please be sure to check your spam folder.

The email will include a link to the GEMS Online Ordering system and include an assigned username and temporary password.

SHIPPING
The best way to ensure your exhibit materials can be tracked is to ship through GEMS rather than through the hotel/Ocean Center. Please use the GEMS Online Ordering system.

CARPET/EXHIBIT DECOR
Each 10x10 / 10x20 will include pipe & drape, 1 skirted table & two chairs. Carpet for your exhibit must be ordered as only the aisles will be carpeted in the Ocean Center. Additionally, a 1-5 AMP is included and provided by Power Source Services at the Ocean Center. If you need further services, please use the GEMS Online Ordering system.
